As a Computer Engineer with strong skills in data engineering and applied experience in machine learning, I have recently specialized in Azure Databricks, DevOps, and Power BI, focusing on data pipelines, automation, analytics, and training. My work centers on building robust dataflows, improving data quality, and supporting colleagues with insights that drive cost savings, smarter decision-making, and process optimization.

I have hands-on experience in:

• Azure Databricks – Building and maintaining lakehouse pipelines with the medallion architecture (bronze, silver, gold). Developing Python and SparkSQL notebooks for data preparation, regression models, anomaly detection, and ML workflows. Using Unity Catalog for governance, lineage, and secure data sharing across workspaces.
• Azure Data Factory – Designing, monitoring, and troubleshooting daily pipelines for sensor (SCADA) data ingestion and machine learning jobs, ensuring predictions are updated and reliable.
• Azure DevOps & CI/CD – Working with Git-based workflows (feature/fix branching, pull requests, code reviews). Setting up CI/CD and release pipelines for Databricks notebooks and automating deployment to dev/test/prod environments with Terraform.
• SQL – Creating efficient views in Databricks for Power BI data models and running ad-hoc queries to investigate sensor data quality or analyze anomalies during special events.
• Power BI – Developing and maintaining over 20 interactive reports across domains (environment, economy, operations). Skilled in data modeling (fact/dimension), DAX, RLS security, and direct Databricks connections. Also deliver Power BI training courses internally to upskill colleagues and reduce reliance on external consultants.
• Automation & Cloud Workflows – Streamlining processes with Python scripting, Power Automate, and integration of dataflows between Gurusoft, Excel, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Web Development – Background in full-stack development with SpringBoot MVC, Flask, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
